Prepaid Agreement

As a prepaid member, the normal security deposit is not required and the $100 Prepaid Activation Fee is waived if the members keeps service active for 12 months. If I am an existing member, I understand that when my account is converted to prepaid, my existing deposit, if any, is applied toward any outstanding balance with the remaining credit applied to my prepaid service. All fees and billed energy must be paid before an account can be converted from postpaid to prepaid.

I understand that medical conditions or inclement weather will not postpone disconnection. Prepaid accounts are not eligible for payment arrangements. Account settings can be modified through SmartHub at any time. I understand that I am responsible for managing and updating the settings on my account. I understand that I may elect to convert my account to a postpaid service, at which time, LREC may require full payment of deposit and a $100 activation fee as a condition of continued service. If my account is terminated prior to 12 months, my account is subject to a $100 activation fee. *
