LREC Connects with Regional Leaders at NORA Legislative Reception
On February 26th, 2026, LREC Director of Marketing, Larry Mattes (left), attended the Northeast Oklahoma Regional Alliance (NORA) Legislative Reception at the Oklahoma History Center.
