People Behind Your Power-Cale
Cale is one of the People Behind Your Power here at Lake Region. He’s been a lineman with us for over a year, helping keep the electricity flowing so when you flip the switch, your lights come right on.
We asked Cale a few questions so our members could get to know him better.
Here’s what he had to say:
Why did you want to become a lineman?
“I’ve always loved working outside with my hands and helping others, so I thought it would be a good way to do both. Plus, I like driving trucks with flashing lights.”
What advice would you give someone interested in this industry?
“You need to have a good work ethic and be willing to work long hours in all kinds of weather to get the job done.”
What do you like to do when you’re not working?
“I live by the lake and have a boat, so anytime I get the chance I’m out fishing, tubing, or swimming.”
Favorite place to eat or type of food?
“Olive Garden is my favorite, but I love all types of food.”
